Anytime you need help with a medication or a clarification, they are right there to help you. The Matrx team is willing to go the extra mile to take care of their clients. Having our medications delivered to our adult family homes on a monthly cycle fill saves us so much time. We appreciate being able to contact a pharmacist anytime, even weekends and evenings if a medication issue arises. Our transition to eMAR was as smooth as possible, thanks to the expertise provided by the Matrx team. Pharmacy techs were available via phone, email and in person whenever it became necessary.
